Hi there, Master Room in Chinatown $155 per person twin share (2 people max per room) We are looking for someone clean, quiet to stay for 6 months or longer. You will need to pay bond, so if you do not need a room for that long, please do not write back as you will not be able to get back your bond. Thank you. This is a fully furnished EXTRA-large double bedroom in Chinatown in Sydney city with OWN bathroom and OWN fridge. It has TV, DVD and 2 study tables inside the room. The place is a 2 bedroom, 1 sunroom and 2 bathroom place, very clean and quiet. The building has 2 heated pools, 2 gyms, sauna, steam room, 2 spas. You can use them for free. The place is 2 mins to shops, supermarkets, 3 mins to train station. The Extra large double bedroom is available from Fri 14/03/08. At the moment, 2 girls live in the 2nd bedroom. 1 girl lives in the living room. In this way the rent is cheaper for everyone. Everybody pays 4 weeks bond, 2 weeks rent and swipe card security money to move in. Then rent is paid every month on the 28th in advance. For safety reason, no one brings visitors, parents, friends or relatives over. It is a rule so everyone can feel safe. No one smokes. No animals.
